Employee Benefits

At Ingalls Health System, we're happy to provide a competitive salary and benefits package

What's different about the Ingalls benefits program?

In a word, choices. We offer choices to meet each employee's individual needs.

Who is qualified?

If an active employee is regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more every week, they are eligible for a benefits package.

Full-time employees enjoy a full benefits package that includes lower health insurance premiums and holiday pay.

Part-time benefits are pro-rated based upon hours worked. Part-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, life and disability insurance, spending accounts, retirement benefits (based on hours worked), child care, paid time off, tuition reimbursement and the employee assistance program.
